I know, a post from me on the weekend is rare, but I couldn't wait to show you this card, that I created a few days ago. We in the bloggy world have "Christmas in July" etc, so I thought, with the weather in the northern hemisphere being really cold, why not have some early summery posts, to help us feel a little warmer?
I went back to my roots creating this card. When I started card making, my favorite technique was decoupage, so it was a wonderful trip down memory lane for me. The design is by Jane Nestorenko for Crafter's Companion and it was a freebie kit in a magazine last summer.
I'll be creating some more "Summer in..." cards in the coming weeks too *smile*
